Cool Ingredients
1. Papaya or Banana – 1 Slice or 1 banana
2. Orange – 1 Orange
3. Blueberries – 1-1/2 cups (fresh or frozen)
4. Water – 2 cups (plain)
5. Ice – 1 cup (crushed)
6. Honey/Brown Sugar – 1 tsp. (if you really…really need to add more sweet)
7. 1 tsp Almond Butter
8. ¼ tsp Flax Seeds
NOTE: Please. do not add almonds & flax seeds if you (or kids) are allergic to them.
Easy Step-by-Step Quick Directions
1. Blend banana & orange in water for 1 min
2. Add blueberries, sugar, almonds & flax seeds.
3. Blend again for 1 min
4. Decorate with “star” shaped Papaya and a blueberry
